Error log files

The Customer Portfolio creates a log file (asiMMDDYYYY.log) each day. The log file records errors and other information. Error log files are deleted after five days. Depending on your operating system, the location for the log file varies. For any Windows operating system, you can go to Start > Run on the computer running the Desktop client. Type %TEMP%/asiTemp and then click OK to open an Explorer window with the temp directory opened. As another example, on Windows 2000, the log files are stored in the \Document and Settings\(Your username)\Local Settings\Temp\asiTemp directory.
